Here are some common reasons why clients may need to cancel:

  • A shift in marketing goals or business priorities
  • Unplanned budget constraints
  • A desire to revisit campaign direction or scope

Whatever the reason, we encourage an honest conversation. Our team is always available to listen and help find the best path forward.

Our Refund Policy

Our approach is simple: fair compensation for work done, time spent, and resources allocated. Refunds depend on where we are in the project lifecycle at the time of cancellation.

1. Before Project Kickoff

If no work has begun, you’ll receive a 100% refund of any advance or deposit paid.

2. During Project Initiation

If the project is in early stages (research, planning, scope alignment), we may retain a portion of the payment to cover time and team hours invested.

3. During Active Execution

If we’re already working on deliverables (designs, content, ads, etc.), the refund amount will be calculated based on how much has been completed or committed at the time of cancellation.

We do not refund costs that are non-recoverable (e.g., third-party media spends, platform fees, or shoot bookings already made).

Transparency First

We’ll clearly communicate all refund calculations and walk you through the details. No hidden terms. No fine print. Just honest, respectful conversation.
